Very clean London hotel. Bedroom bedding towels and shower spotless and clean. Would book Hanover Hotel London again

Great customer service from the reception team at Hanover Hotel London. Big thumbs up for that. It was a bit dated and tired, but was clean. What a great location! The downside was that the breakfast room was tiny, but the breakfast itself was fine

Service is excellent at Hanover Hotel London. Staff are courteous and helpful. The room on 4th floor which has 2 single beds would have been better offered as a single room. Nevertheless when asked for a change, we were given another room without any hassle. Towels were clean and beds were comfortable and clean too

A clean and well kept London hotel so far I could see. The breakfast room in the basement was too narrow. My room was in the basement with a balcony door at an inner pit yard. In spite of good markings I felt not safe about the escape possibilities in case of a fire. Bad sound proofing against the neighbour bathroom

One of the worst B&Bs I have ever been to. The room was dirty, noisy and full of dust. Do not stay here under any circumstances!

This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel which means I was satisfied with the service and price. However, I think a higher price means a higher standard of cleaning if you want people to come again. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I particularly appreciate your staff friendly nature

Convenient for Victoria Station and a good price (online discount). Breakfast was continental and certainly nice enough. Room and facilities were good and clean, we were on 4th floor so a bit of a walk up the stars. Would use this hotel in London again

Very pleased with Hanover Hotel London, central location nice room with ensuite shower and tea/coffee in room. left luggage service handy for making most of last day in London. Would stay here again

Decent hotel, room had a double and single (convenient for suitcases). Problem with sink fixed the same day. Desk responsive to requests. Weak WiFi in our room, even though we were 1 floor above the office area, but 5 Wifi servers showed up. All seemed weak. Continental breakfast was fine, staff kept refilling food and cleared tables as they emptied. Good location close to Victoria Station. Decent value for the money
