The room is clean. The hotel is near Victoria station, very convenient to go to other places. The clerk is very nice

Room was a fair size for a twin but the cracked walls let it down. Bathroom was tiny but modern and very clean. Breakfast was lovely although a bigger dining area would of been nice and fresh fruit and individual yoghurt's instead of big bowls. Major downside, my room was below reception office so was a bit noisy.

Clean quad room. The air conditioning and phone did not work. Attentive staff. Free wifi is great.

Nice clean hotel, basic but great value for money. I do a lot of work in London so would definitely use this hotel again.

The rooms were very clean and new and the staff were friendly. I have nothing to complain about, the price was good for what we had. Just the breakfast-room was a little bit too small for all guests. I would stay there again.

Stay was fine. Room for two was a decent size, clean towels and linen and good shower. Generally the room needed a bit of renovation, but it was fine and a decent size - perfectly adequate. They were able to look after my bag when I was out at meetings. Staff were helpful. Lobby good. Didn't do breakfast so can't comment. But generally good value

The refurbished room and bathroom was pleasant and had I not come out in a rash 2days after staying then I would have left a much higher score
