Rooms were inconsistent in size. Didn't even have anywhere to set in our room except on the bed and toilet. Breakfast was good. Room was on busy street which was quite loud

Nice staff, clean room. However it was really small as well as a toilet and a bathroom. Breakfast was really tasty, however everyday the same. Very good location but there was a big noise coming from the street and other guests as well. Having a fridge in the room was great even though it was noisy as well. But worthy for the money you pay comparing to other hotels.

Staff friendly. Room clean. Breakfast OK. Internet connection very poor in my room but elsewhere in the hotel was OK. Location ideal. Price very good.

Since we've visited London quite a few times we've seen some hotels in this price range and are standard. We know it's not always clean and many times it's like You're part of a competition of getting the smallest bathroom. Compared to other hotels rooms we found this one had some more problems than usual: the toilet didn't flush when we arrived, but was fixed during the second day of our stay. Our radiator was on full effect when we come to our room the first night, because the guests next dorr thought it was cold in thier romm, and therefore turned the heat up in the corridor. So we needed the window to be open during the nights, even though the staff turned the heating off when we told them about our problem. The 24hr reception was sometimes closed. In addition the doorbell didn't work and we lived in the annex next door so we hadn't a key to the front door. All the staff were kind and helpful, we found our room decently clean, there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The bathroom was bigger than expected. We really liked the location, and there's a lot of bus lines and tube stations nearby, there is a fridge in the room, and the breakfast included eggs and beans, which is more than just cornflakes, milk, juice, coffee, butter, marmalade and toast. All in all it's OK, but don't expect everything to work as you wish!
