My friends and I were staying at The Custom House hotel for one night for my Birthday weekend, upon arrival we were fortunate enough to have two of the rooms upgraded! The hotel was situated in a great location near The Docks/Central London. So in easy reach of Central London if your planning your night out there! The staff were standard and the rooms were decent. There was only one thing... the Bathroom in which one of friends had to use, sort of resembled a gas chamber and was a little claustrophobic! Overall my stay at the hotel was very pleasant, I would recommend the hotel!

We were treated superbly throughout our week long stay at the Custom House Hotel in the outskirts of London. Originally I wanted to be in the centre but the 10 minute train journey to the Tower of London in the centre and the trains coming every 10 minutes made it even better. The hotel is new and clean and spacious - a highly recommended hotel
