Custom House Hotel is located within walking distance of Royal Victoria Docks, which has a popular water sports centre where both children and adults can try windsurfing, canoeing and sailing. Canary Wharf is also within easy reach of the hotel. This newly built centre is now a popular destination for tourists, with a large shopping complex, as well as many fashionable bars and restaurants.

Custom House Hotel has completed a major refurbishment and now boasts a brand new lounge, cafe, enlarged breakfast room and upgraded facade. Superior rooms are equipped with a laptop safe and all rooms now have high-speed internet access.
A warm welcome was given when I approached the desk, and the process of checking in was efficient. The room was small but spotlessly clean and just what was required. Towels were changed each morning and the stay was comfortable and stress free. The staff were helpful and always offered a friendly smile. Custom House Hotel is definitely good value for money, and excellent for its class
I was greeted on arrival with a friendly quick service. Lots of info given about train connections as we were going to the O2 Arena. Hotel very clean, everything you need for a couple of nights: tea and coffee, towels and TV. Small shower and toilet but clean. We arrived back at the hotel around midnight and were so hungry, the hotel has local take aways availiable which deliver to your room and they will book this for you. Hotel bars/pub and restaurant looked clean and tidy. Good food, good prices friendly staff. Would stay here again
Very good hotel, ideal if you are visiting the 02 & Excel. Rates were excellent, service at check in/out was very quick. Polite helpful staff as well. Rooms were clean & comfortable.
A very nice and affordable hotel located in the London Docklands area with easy access to the train station (1 minute walk) for central London. The rooms are fresh and nicely equipped. A great choice with nothing more to ask for.
My friends and I were staying at The Custom House hotel for one night for my Birthday weekend, upon arrival we were fortunate enough to have two of the rooms upgraded! The hotel was situated in a great location near The Docks/Central London. So in easy reach of Central London if your planning your night out there! The staff were standard and the rooms were decent. There was only one thing... the Bathroom in which one of friends had to use, sort of resembled a gas chamber and was a little claustrophobic! Overall my stay at the hotel was very pleasant, I would recommend the hotel!
