A very nice hotel with a family style. However we had a fire alarm one night without anyone explaining that there was false alarm and a lot of running in the corridor after. And it took 5 min to get hot water, and no one explaining that even if I asked for it twice.

We only stayed the one night at the Custom House Hotel. There were 6 of us and had 2 rooms, there was a bit of confusion when we booked in but this was soon sorted. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were polite and friendly. We were visiting the O2 and it was easy to get to and from the Custom House Hotel. We didn't eat there but we did use the bar which was nice. I would definitely stay there again.
