Room was clean upon arrival; however the heating had been left on so was unbearably hot. It was an uncomfortable and broken nights sleep.

A most pleasant stay at Cravens Gardens Hotel. Reception staff very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are basic and comfortable. We chose the hotel for price and location and it didn't disappoint. Thank you

Craven Gardens Hotel was very good nice and clean. Very near where we needed to be. Only one suggestion, don't put toaster and kettle so close together as these are the 2 most used things and everybody was getting in each other's way
