Friendly staff, clean rooms nice and central with easy access to tube stations, would use again

Excellent location. Room small but clean. Bed extremely noisy! Breakfast, the most basic we've ever experienced but apart from that quite good value for money

I stayed for 3 nights for the Jubilee Celebrations and found the hotel suitable for what we wanted. The staff were very helpful and our rooms were very clean. The only downside was that we were moved to a room on the 4th floor for our last night's stay and this room lacked certain things. The breakfast was more than adequate for my needs. All in all a very pleasant hotel

All we expected we have it, great value for great location!!

Cravens Gardens Hotel was as expected for a two star. Good value for money. Room was very clean and request to change from double to twin was sorted at short notice. Downfall was very basic breakfast - only toast or cornflakes. Very quiet, good nights sleep. Staff very pleasant and helpful

We really enjoyed our stay at Craven Gardens Hotel. We will be booking again in the near future. I recommend to anyone who wishes to stay in London at a very reasonable cost. We look forward to our return visit
