Excellent. The room we shared for 4 people was not a problem and was very clean. The kitchen was good for breakfast - simple coffee, tea, toast and cereal. We also got the deposit back.

Value for money. The bathrooms and dorms are cleaned up once a day or more so it remains clean. The location is top with buses to central London and only a few minutes to the tube station. Camden has loads of cafes and bars close to the hostel

I've stayed at this hostel in London at least 3 or 4 times now when visiting London to see bands play, and it does what it says on the tin. For the money I got a dorm bed in a 14 person room, supercheap! And for me a far more reasonable and convenient option that paying a fortune to stay in a hotel that's miles away from the gig venue. Very basic breakfast thrown in (still the tiny multi-coloured plastic crockery, why?!) but as long as your expectations aren't too high you'll get a basic bed n breakfast for hardly any money. Recommend is probably too strong a term, but its a means to an end! And at the end of the day, it's cheap

The location of Camden Inn was good, only a few minutes walk away from the Camden Town Tube Station. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, and generally other people were too. However, a tip for people who are light sleepers; get ear plugs! Also, as I was at the top of the house in the 14-bed room, there were only two windows, and since they didn't open very far, during the slightly warm weather conditions at the time of my stay, it got very hot in the room, especially at night time and so I found it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was included in the price of the stay and was very basic, which is fine, however some fruit would have been great for breakfast. But since the shops on Camden high street are a 3 minute walk away you can always go and get your own

Only 2 concerns: Didn't know shared meant mixed sex! Couldn't open window. Horribly hot on the top floor

Good atmosphere in general, but not really comfortable: room and bathroom too small, beds too noisy

Really nice hostel in London and really nice people. Only one bad thing: you have to pay to leave your luggage some hours after the checkout
