Excellent, clean hostel. Staff were polite and friendly. My room (53) had no plugs to charge my phone but the receptionist insisted I leave my phone with him for an hour and he would get it charged for me. Excellent customer service that guaranteed them another visit from me in the future.

Had a brilliant stay, really good location. Good price, helpful staff. Cheap and cheerful. Will stay again and would definitely recommend to students and backpackers.

Not a bad place, good location and pretty cheap which is represented in the smallness of the rooms. However there was small incident where I was out and they decided to move me which meant they just got all my stuff and moved it and didn't tell me when I got back so had a small heart attack there but apart from that, fine.

Excellent location for north London, especially Camden Lock, The Roundhouse, Regents Park, etc. It's a very basic hostel, and my first visit in early April was fine. However, the 2nd night of the second stay (a Sunday) was noisy with people partying until 2.30am and slamming the kitchen door which rocks, room 23! I don't think that much drinking and smoking in a hostel is appropriate. The man on duty offered me a different room at 1.45, when I least felt like making up another bed......

Decent place to stay if you just need a roof over your head for the night, wouldn't recommend it for a lengthy stay though.
