I stayed in Barkston Rooms for a period of 3 weeks and it was a great experience. Meeting people from different origins chatting and having fun, who wouldn't love that. Staff is friendly not all customers are the best but most of them are. Looking forward to returning soon

I booked a single room at Barkston Rooms but unfortunately I was given a bunk bed. However, it was very clean but a the doors were quite noisy, There was also a kitchenette downstairs, but absolutely no cups which didn't help at all and the coffee machine was also out of order

Barkston Rooms was exactly what you expect for the price you pay. Rooms were very small, and there was only one bathroom on my floor which wasn't ideal but for a one night stay it was fine. Definitely would not stay for more than 3 days though
