As Bankside House offers single, twin, triple and quad rooms, you can stay here whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, or with family. The Bankside House is in a great location and great value for money. The rooms are basic but clean towels and linen are provided

The rooms are of a good size and the showers / toilets seem to be shared by a maximum of two rooms. The location is excellent and the rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms I stayed in had an aerial socket for a TV (I carry a USB TV receiver for my laptop) which was a bonus. Some noise at night from other residents, but you get this everywhere. Overall a very good stay

The room was quite nice and clean, very good location. However the 10.30am check out was a bit too early for me!

Have stayed here before and it's very good value. In desperate need of refurbishment, however, and the building is still badly ventilated and very hot but everything is clean and comfortable and a great location.
