We stayed 5 nights at Palace Court Apartments, generally it was a nice experience. The apartment was clean and spacious though I was expecting something a little more modern and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was good for getting around, the apartment was cleaned daily and towel hanged.. didn't get why they only brought one bath towel with each change though, since it was booked as a double room for two. My only complaint would be that the room smelt of paint the whole time obviously from some recent cosmetic work which affected my sinus. I would recommend this hotel, it is comfortable enough, but don't expect modern accommodations

Our stay was very nice. It was situated near the tubes and buses. Across the street is the entrance to Kensington Gardens and foreign embassies. The apartment we had was comfortable and with all the amenities as advertised. The bathroom was a little small but big enough to bathe and dress. I would book Palace Court Holiday Apartments again if I were traveling to London

The room was a bit old but clean and efficient enough for our stay. Hot water run down quite suddenly once during use of bath and that was a very very tragic thing for my daughter. Extra heating equipment was nice because the weather was freezing. Location is very good

The Palace Court Holiday Apartments are in a highly convenient location at the North Eastern edge of Hyde Park, and connected by bus 390 to St Pancras (Eurostar). Very well equipped place (including kitchen). The only drawback is the fact it's located on a main road, meaning there is traffic noise. Ear plugs are recommended. We'd book there again and recommend it to friends.

The Palace Court Holiday Apartments was clean and tidy and the staff friendly. The only thing I would say is to make it clear that you need photo ID when you arrive, because I didn't like giving my cedit card as ID. But I had a lovely stay.

Stayed at "Palace Court Holiday Apartments" for 5 nights. I have all respect for all the staff as all of them were very kind and friendly. 3 minutes walk to the tube station "Queensway", Hyde Park across the road. Simply a great place to stay.

I stayed in Apartment 21. It was very clean and had everything I needed for a good stay. Only a couple of blips: the heater in the bathroom didn't work and the main entrance door was next to me and everyone would let it bang close, but this did not stop me from having a for good stay.
