Good basic place to stay, especially with regard to the low price and the great location. Nothing I would want to stay more than a week in, because it is a bit run down, but fine for short stay. The room was clean; towels were provided every day; the staff were friendly and helpful

Kitchen blinds could be doing with a clean and the windows. It would also be handy if a dish towel was supplied and breakfast bowls. Other than that it was satisfactory. I would go back and stay there. Also satisfied with the location being very central and suprisingly very quiet

The Hotel is within walking distance to Notting Hill Gate tube station and various shops & restaurants such as Tesco, WHSmith, Boots which is very good. The room where we stayed is very spacious for 3 people and clean. Everything in the room was in good working condition. I would not hesitate to stay there again if ever I go back to London.

The Palace Court Holiday is wonderfully located, which is the best thing about this place. It had a kitchen in the room. However, the Queensway is very close, so there is absolutely no problem to find good restaurants around. Our room was on the basement floor, so it lacked view at all. Moreover, being underground, we suffered from the noise from the tube

I read few negative reviews here and wasn't sure what exactly to expect from this place. Now, after staying there for 5 nights I'd give them the maximum rating. It is advertised as a three star apartment and it is exactly it. We had a clean studio room, bathroom and kitchen. Heating is strong enough to feel comfortable, location is superb and staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, I would recommend to stay there

We stayed 6 nights at Palace Court Holiday Apartments and were absolutely happy with the twin studio apartment booked. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. The staff is really friendly. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Notting Hill Gate, which has very good connections. Also, there are good cafes, restaurants, shops, and, of course, Portobello Market just around the corner from the apartments. I'm crazy about London and have been there several times, staying in a different hotel in a different area every time. This visit was grand and I will definitely return to the Palace Court Holiday Apartments.

The Palace Court Holiday Apartments are a big surprise! Such great low prices in such a brilliant area, plus the staff are friendly, rooms cleaned every day. Really a home away from home.
