Excellent location. Reasonably equipped and clean room. Interesting fire escape route from the 4th floor; back down the main (narrow) stairs. The price was reasonablish, but..... Credit card? 3% surcharge. Debit card? 3% surcharge. OK,cash then...... Followed by a huge struggle to find £2.36 change. Want to leave a bag for a few hours on check out day? That will be £5 sir. A £10 note? Haven't you got the right change? And the Italian folk checking in at the same time as us only convinced them that they'd already paid by logging onto their online bank and showing them the record of payment. So all in all the place itself is pretty reasonable, location good, but with penny pinching approach and doubtful accounting

Very good service overall at London Quality Apartments. Apartment was clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and the aparment overall was as described and as the photographs. Very good location, good transport links and also close to many local shops and cafes. We had a problem with our power on the first day and someone came to fix it within five minutes of calling. Very good base for exploring London and a comfotable place to be. Great value for money and i will book London Quality Apartments again.
