Enjoyed the stay at Hyde Park Hotel London. Quiet area. Very nice staff. Bed was bit hard. TV poor viewing

Staff friendly and accommodating with customer requests for iron and frying pan and room change from the basement room to the second floor but unfortunately only after the first night. Be sure NOT to get a basement room. Better call and ask! The mildew smell in basement was unbearable.

Stayed here before and enjoyed myself. This time I was left feeling disappointed. The building is now not very appealing from the outside with dead plants. The hot water also stopped working and was not fixed during our stay.

Room was small but it was clean as was the bathroom. For two people the bathroom was on the cramped side but we managed. Had continental breakfast in bed which was a nice treat as it was delivered to us when we asked. Overall Hyde Park Hotel London was good for the price considering it was Central London and I was just happy the rooms were clean

The hotel was fully booked when I arrived so I was moved to a different hotel. Although they paid for the taxi fare, this was very inconvenient for me.
