The room we booked at the Castleton Hotel was good, though a little cramped for a family room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

Very clean and convenient. The breakfast was good and the guy on the front desk was very helpful and quite witty! However, the rooms are off a tight staircase and when I was there the lift wasn't working - walking up to the 4th floor was hard work!

It was a friendly clean hotel. What was lacking was the following 1. No soap in the room 2. No hairdryer 3. No telephone in the room 4. No Air Conditioning

Although the room/ensuite were both very small, they were clean and had everything you could possibly need. The staff we met were polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel is hard to beat and you would be hard pressed to get a better deal, really! For a one night/two night stay, when you will be going out and about London, I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Needs cleaner carpet. Some fixtures in the bathroom need replacement. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. My first room didn't have a tea making facility or a hair dryer,however I was moved to another room that did. I notice the management is trying to improve this hotel.
