All of the guestrooms at Castleton Hotel have a private shower, washbasin and toilet, so you won’t need to queue to get washed in the morning! Each of the centrally heated single, double, twin, triple and family rooms are simply furnished and have basic facilities, such as a direct dial telephone, a hairdryer and a satellite television. Irons and boards are also available on request. You can book a wake up call and if you require breakfast you can arrange this for a small fee when you check in.

Castleton Hotel is situated very close to Hyde Park, which is home to the Serpentine Lake and the Serpentine Art Gallery. You can wander past the Diana Memorial Fountain and head towards Kensington Gardens, which is home to the late Princess’ former house Kensington Palace. The many shops of Oxford Street are also close by, as are the attractions of Marylebone, including Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

I have been to London 6 times and this is one of the best places I have stayed - especially for the price. I stayed for 6 nights the last week of September. It was clean, comfortable, 2 blocks from both Paddington Stations, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the full English breakfast was incredible as was the wait staff in the restaurant. I would give it my highest recommendation!
