Britannia Inn Hotel was excellent for the money, very pleasant and good staff

i really enjoyed my stay at Britannia Inn Hotel, clean and the breakfast was awesome

Our room and bathroom was clean and nice looking. Plenty to choose from for breakfast and that was ok. Good location for the town centre. I would book Britannia Inn Hotel again

Was in a room on the ground floor at Britannia Inn Hotel which meant it was very loud as could hear staff making breakfast from 7am and people slamming the back door every time they walked in. Rooms need to be more sound proof as we got woken up several times through the night

Really nice rooms. Clean and well equipped. Only downside was having to pay a deposit for key cards that take 3 working days to clear back to your card. Shower was poor but I have never had a decent hotel shower! Curtains in room too thin and the bright lights outside the hotel shine right in. Not good if you are someone who sleeps in the dark! Unfortunately there was an alarm going off right outside our door all night. Staff said they weren't able to do anything about it so we had absolutely no sleep whatsoever. Breakfast was pretty nice

Brilliant budget London hotel, I have stayed in hotels, here and in USA that have been a lot more expensive, but none that were as clean, friendly or furnished so well. The breakfasts were excellent with a choice to suit anyone. Tea and coffee making facilities in rooms were more than adequate for multiple drinks throughout our stay. We had one of our party in a wheelchair, which I neglected to tell them, so even though it was my fault they arranged a ground floor room for us. Four of us stayed in Family room for four nights with beautiful breakfasts for less great value, per night. Can't get that value anywhere else in London I'm sure. All in all I would recommend this hotel to everyone, brilliant

I would recommend Britannia Inn Hotel. The price was very good. The room was lovely, clean and tidy. The full English breakfast was very good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Located near to train and buses, making it easy to travel into Central London

One nights stay at the Britannia Inn Hotel. Cute little place, small double bedroom with en suite on arrival but perfect after wandering around London all day. 15 minute train journey from Liverpool Street Station and then 5 minute walk from Ilford Station to hotel. Easy check in and out. Very quiet, kettle with tea and coffee provided. All in all great value for money

Britannia Inn Hotel is really nice and I would recommend to everyone. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Because of the fire doors that close automatically you can hear every door that closes. That's quite loud and if you try to sleep and someone past midnight comes home it is a bit annoying but other than that the stay was very good
