It is quite out of the way but I had to be in Ilford for work and so this was perfect for me. I could park for free, which was amazing, and the hotel is very comfortable. The garden was a welcome flourish and my room was clean and very well-maintained. The staff were very pleasant indeed, and I got a free English breakfast with TravelStay (although, as I don’t eat pork, a good amount of it was wasted on me!). I would certainly book again if I needed to be in the area, however it is quite a long way from central London

We had a great time in Britannia Inn Hotel, the service was excellent, the staff very kindly, very helpful. Only inconvenient thing was to much noise on the ground floor, reception area, if they could keep in the future that area more quiet it will be perfect for those who have accommodation on the ground floor

This London hotel was excellent, I liked everything, the room was very clean nice bathroom big and tidy beds more than enough for three people. Full English breakfast. Staff very friendly just amazing. It's just a shame that it's too far from London central otherwise its a beautiful hotel
