Best Western Cumberland Hotel was a little tucked away, so hard to find but not horrible. Service was great! Walls were a little thin, could hear the room next to me perfectly. It was very clean, and loved the room

This hotel in London is in a good location for a visit to London is you are driving. The tube station is a 5min walk. The staff are very helpful. The family room we stayed in was a good size and the well stocked with towels and drinks various teas coffees and hot chocolate. Overall it's not the the most modern of London hotels but it was ideal for what we wanted and I would most definitely stay again

Great stay at this hotel, room was comfortable, could do with refurbishing but it was clean. Bar area was very nice and room service excellent. Breakfast fresh and plentiful. The room was hot but a fan was given on request. Nice area with Lloyds pub around the corner. Good location for Wembley

Very friendly and efficient reception staff, breakfast OK - staff a bit inexperienced. Room very basic indeed and had a smell. Property in need of refurbishment

I had the best stay at this hotel they were there for every turn we needed. I recommend this hotel to anyone. You don't have to stay anywhere else classier if you stay with the Cumberland Best Western hotel in Harrow on the Hill. Thanks guys
