Very helpful, polite staff and very clean facilities. The only criticism was that the water pressure for the shower was weak

Staff were very friendly at Best Western Cumberland Hotel. If you decide to pay cash, you are asked for a 100GBP deposit for the room, which I wasn't expecting, so I had to pay with my credit card. The hotel itself was very clean, again, the staff were brilliant as were the facilities. My only gripe is that the fitness suite was shut for a refurbishment. Would stay there again

Stayed here for the One Direction concert, the hotel was really clean and the rooms are amazing for what you pay for them, I'd recommend Best Western Cumberland Hotel to anyone, close to shops and food places too

Only stayed at Best Western Cumberland Hotel for one night and didn't spend much time in the hotel but was satisfied with my stay. Check in and out was both easy and quick and the rooms were up to standard, the hotel is in a great location as it is near by restaurants and shops. Would be happy to stay here again

Stayed at Best Western Cumberland Hotel in Harrow as a part of conference trip to London. Three things stand out with this hotel - location, good quality English breakfast and of course the free car parking. The staff are polite and professional. Overall had a comfortable stay

Stayed here for FA Cup final, allowed to park car in car park all day and check in after game. Great location for Wembley and London. Room very clean unexpected surprise of fan as hot weekend very welcome as room we had was next to main road which was no problem with window shut. Breakfast fantastic staff attentative without being in your face. Would definitely book Best Western Cumberland Hotel again
