Making a booking
It is your responsibility to submit accurate information and mention any special requirements at the time of booking. |

Modifications
The modification fee is £5 per alteration. These must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid late cancellation fees. |

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals
Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of your pre-payment. You will also be charged for the first night per 7 nights stay if you make a cancellation within the accommodation provider's late cancellation period (24 to 72 hours prior to arrival), or do not arrive. |

Group or Long-Stay Bookings
When making reservations either for 10 people or more or for stays of over 21 nights, your booking will be subject to the accommodation provider's group/long stay booking policy. You may need to pay a proportion of the balance prior to arrival. |

University Accommodation Bookings
In order to enable faster check-in, the balance payment for some university accommodations (Kings College, University of Westminster) will be processed 7 days prior to arrival. This is also clearly displayed at the time of booking. |

Student Discounts
Only valid student identification (e.g. ISIC card) will entitle you to student discounts. |
|
Upon Arrival
The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival. |

Use of the TravelStay website
In addition to these terms, TravelStay terms and conditions of business shall apply to all accommodation bookings made through TravelStay.com. |
