The kitchen is open to use, which is very good! but the receptionist is impolite and not helpful. i hope they can improve this

The room was quite clean, the staff were OK and the location was perfect, the only bad thing to highlight is that the we booked a 5 people room with bathroom and wasn't specified that the bathroom wasn't provided with shower!!! Nothing special at all, next time i will go somewhere else.

The Windsor House is a great place for a family or friends to stay in the heart of London. It is a no frills B and B that offers all the essential necessities with a helpful friendly staff in one of the best locations in London. Two minutes walk from Earls Court station with shopping and pubs all nearby. The building is old but clean and well kept, very quiet for having 18 rooms and the kitchen being available is a nice touch. I would stay here on future trips to London for the location alone, not to mention the budget price.

As a hotel it's in the centre and very near to the station. It's clean with a very helpful staff. The only negative point is that the toilet was outside. I recommend this hotel
