Clean accommodation. Small bathroom. Would have preferred tea/coffee making facilities in the room rather than having to go down to the kitchen which closed at 10pm. Staff friendly and did open the kitchen at gone 11pm so that we could make a drink

A very convenient location (3 minutes walk to the Earls Court Tube station); clean room (we took the one with 5 beds). Friendly staff. Sort of basic as regards breakfast and shower and sound insulation could be better, but indeed a good value for money and a decent place for a night sleep. No complaints. I'd definitely consider staying again for another short visit.
The kitchen is open to use, which is very good! but the receptionist is impolite and not helpful. i hope they can improve this
The room was quite clean, the staff were OK and the location was perfect, the only bad thing to highlight is that the we booked a 5 people room with bathroom and wasn't specified that the bathroom wasn't provided with shower!!! Nothing special at all, next time i will go somewhere else.
