Room clean and tidy, staff very helpful only problems we had was with the wifi says on website free all over hotel, but we couldn't get a connection from our room because we were so far away from router so wouldnt find it on laptop.. Very noisy hotel saying its mainly used for workmen

Very bad hotel. I stayed for 3 nights with my sister. The region is not good. The room was not clean, we even found garbage from the people that stayed there before us. There was not even shampoo and they didn't change our towels. They didn't even had an adaptor to give us to charge our mobile phones, we had to buy one

The hotel is very close to the train station, and Ilford centre. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice decor.
