Excellent hotel, clean and tidy, good en suite facilities, the sink is a little small (minor detail). Plenty of storage space and our room had a balcony which was room 6. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, however there is a machine in Reception. Breakfast was English with fruit juice, Bacon, eggs, beans. The usual tea, coffee and toast with a selection of condiments. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk from Victoria coach and train station. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and would recommend this hotel and the price was very good

Bedroom small but bed comfy and clean. Bathroom cramped but new and clean. No tea/coffee but machine in reception. Breakfast in cramped room. Waitresses struggle to understand but were helpful. Toaster broke and food basic. Noisy one night with youngsters coming back from pub at 3am. Chap on-duty sorted it straight away. Great! For £35 a good cheap opion on the whole if you're spending most of your time out and about. We were

A simple hotel with a simple small bathroom. The location is superb (5 minutes walk from Victoria Station), the breakfast is nice (English) as well. If you want a luxurious hotel, don't go over here, if you just want a simple relatively cheap place in the neighbourhood of the centre of London go immediately to this hotel
