Its exactly as the other reviews say. Basic hotel, basic breakfast, great location. You get what you pay for and it was what I expected. Ok for a short stay in London

Realy basic but clean, small ensuite cleaned every day to a good standerd with fresh towels breakfast was ok but no cereals

If you're looking for a clean, cheap b and b in a good location then this is for you. 5 minutes from the palace and tube/train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly

The hotel was nice, staff friendly and helpful. The room was ok also, the only thing that disappointed me was the shower. The breakfast was ok and it was nice having it amongst the other customers. In general, we have been happy with our stay there

I stayed here with 5 friends and we had two triple rooms! On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly reception desk. We were shown to our rooms, which were very clean, private shower and toilet area small but again very clean! The location of this hotel was fantastic! We had breakfast in the morning which was served quickly and was very nice. All in all it was a very good hotel, cheap and cheerful, will stay here again when I next visit London.

A Basic but very clean hotel. Room was okay. Although to use the loo in the bathroom comfortably you had to leave the door open. Beds were spotless clean. For the price we paid I cannot fault it. Breakfast was served quickly and was hot. A basic hotel where if you are looking for major luxury you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for cheap good quality place to rest your head then this is your place

The Stanley House Hotel is very well located. Staff very friendly. The English breakfast was good although the breakfast room is rather small. If I come back to London again, I would like to stay at this hotel again
