Whilst very small, the single room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the kitchen just across the hall was a welcome amenity. The location is perfect

The room was as I expected for a student room - basic but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Check-in was easy and efficient. The room was warm with plenty of hot water. I would stay here again.

I found the accommodation very reasonable, the location was excellent, very close to the train ans tube station in Waterloo. The room was clean but the shower inside the room was smelly, and it was leaking. When I book the room I remember that they mention that we will have Internet connection and that was not correct, I think you must made that clear for the future, in my opinion, if the school is providing accommodation for "guest" not students they must set up a internet connection outside the campus or official connection.

The location is excellent and makes up for any shortfall with the accomodation. I requested a change of room due to the musty and damp smell, it took a few days but I finally got a room that was much brighter and fresher. The staff were very helpful.
