Tidy and well-equipped room in reasonable price and helpful receptionist

Great for the price. Staff were friendly & helpful. Really close to Earls Court station. Ideal for local shops/pubs on main street. Room was too warm and a bit cramped. Still a great, cheap base for those on a budget.

Positive: Central location, tube nearby, good value for money if there are two of you, fairly quiet(depending on room), nice rooms, good beds, internet at reception, friendly and efficient room maid. Neutral: I would have preferred a cupboard with coat hangers instead of a microwave and sink. Negative: The breakfast room is far too small (we had to queue twice and only once could all three of us sit together), breakfast is rather uninspired (I don't need much, but a bit of variety in 8 days would have been nice), no single rooms (I had to pay the same amount as my two companions), no help with suitcases (many stairs), rather loud traffic (depending on room). I would book again, but minus breakfast.

The staff were so friendly at the St Mark Hotel London. When the sink started leaking they fixed it without any trouble and with smiles on their faces. The rooms were warm and I had a nice relaxing stay

I stayed at the St Mark Hotel London with my parents and we all had lovely rooms. They were quite big and very clean. It's amazing to be so centrally located in London. A great place to stay and I'd recommend it to friends and family
