Clean, cheap, comfortable. Good value over all

Sani Hotel was good value for money, room was clean and contained everything you need. My shower on one morning was cold though and the lock on the door was rather stiff and caused a few problems. My room, number 7, was in the basement of the property and near the back garden of the hotel, there was quite a lot of noise both nights I was there as members of the family that ran the hotel and their friends were coming and going. When I paid my balance on arrival, I was charged a 5% fee to use my debit card, this wasn't mentioned anywhere on my booking. The hotel is a 20 minute brisk walk from Shepherd's Bush Market tube station, or you can just take one of the many buses that go along the Uxbridge Road

Room basic, but clean. Only slight concern was that several fire doors were kept propped open, so had to hope that no-one fell asleep smoking in bed

Clean, comfortable and very convenient for the Empire. Not a luxury accommodation, but if you want a crashpad for after the show, I can't imagine a nicer place. The staff are lovely.

This hotel was not very good, the rooms were smelly, the curtains torn, as were the bed linen. I am sure there were fleas in the carpet. There was limited hot water only. Stay here if there is nowhere else available

Very simple accommodations at a good price, especially for London. Booked a single: small but good enough, happy to have my own WC. No smoking rooms I was told, which is actually good, even though I am a smoker. Lots of decent restaurants around: mostly ethnic right by the hotel, along with pubs...further along toward White City/by Shepherd's Bush Green, there are other selections. Neighbourhood becomes very dark and quiet at11pm. I was a female travelling alone and did not encounter any problems.. A tad far from the tube when you have luggage- best to get off at Shepherd's Bush Market and hop on the 207 bus. There are many buses that will take you to a lot of places in/around London, including Piccadilly Circus, many are 24-hours; I was quite surprised to learn this, -stop in at the tube and inquire, the guys there are SO NICE and helpful. The lady running the hotel/ reception is really nice, but not always at the desk. I think you have to buzz but I did not want to bother them; in the daytime, staff are easier to find. They were kind enough to provide me with an alarm clock as well.

For the price it was o.k. parking at the hotel is 10 per day which I found out when I got there which was not good, so would put price on room a lot more, sheets was not very clean don't think I would stay there again.
