Very disappointed as the hotel did not confirm our booking and overbooked the rooms. We had to accept a twin room even though we booked a double. We will not stay here again.

Was a good room check in was from 2pm which we got there just after and the beds weren't made up. If it wasn't for that then I would of rated Hotel 261 more

Check in at Hotel 261 was easy, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Shepards Bush Tube Station, but not too far. The hotel advised there is a 24 hour bus service to and from Shepards Bush tube if needed. Rooms were clean and had all you needed. Would definitely recommend. A quick tip, there are 2 tube stations for Shepards Bush. The hotel is nearer to Shepards Bush Market Station

Generally impressed with Hotel 261 but small things let it down, such as no plug in bathroom sink, no heating available and lack of curtaining. Appreciated fridge in room and orange juices. Hard to find rooms with three single beds, so pleased with comfortable beds

Room was spot on and for the price per person Hotel 261 was excellent value for money, 3 beds (2 singles, 1 double) all clean and tidy

Check in went smoothly. Clean, comfortable rooms with fridge and tea making facilities in the room. Power shower works well and Towels changed daily. Triple rooms have sufficient space but needs slightly more clothes storage space. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Working in the area and will book Hotel 261 again.

Grand clean hotel on a main road accessible by bus. The showers were hot and the hotel was quiet. Would stay there again, we just needed a few extra tea bags for cups of tea
