I like Passfield Hall. I have stayed here before. This time I was a bit disappointed. The mattress in my room was not great. Things on offer for breakfast were great. I had a very nice breakfast and decided to finish it off with some yoghut and fruit, as I was collecting this I was told you could not go back up a second time. One of the fun things about being on holiday is the breakfast. People like to have something and then go back for something different. Having paid the money I think I should not have this penny pinching restriction imposed

Passfield Hall Reviews
Very comfortable as usual. Clean, generous breakfast with pleasant, friendly staff. I do feel however that more information should be readily available regarding travel, places to visit, restaurants etc. I say this because when we asked at the reception desk about travel to a particular place, the information provided was limited
My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in January - excellent value, clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff - thank you
The water in the shower was lukewarm, there was no heating but I got an electric radiator when I asked for some
I stayed in Passfield Hall in September 2013 during my visit to London. I was really very positively surprised by this place: Rooms are simple but they, as well as the showers and toilets are ultra-clean! The staff at the reception counter and in the breakfast room is very friendly and helpful with all problems that might occur. They really make you feel at home. The location is unbeatable: Walking distance to St. Pancras International train station, walking distance to all buses and the tube, walking distance to the British Museum, to Trafalgar Square etc. Nevertheless, it is very quiet at night. I am a noise-sensitive person, but I slept very well. I will definitely stay there again when I come back in the future
