My room was very clean and the location was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. A few surprises: The fridges were PACKED with food leaving little or no space and there was a very limited supply of dishes ie. I couldn't find a glass. I discovered that wake-up calls are not a service and that the computer lab is just for the use of students. Regardless, I had a pleasant stay and would book at Northumberland House again.

It was a very pleasant staying in a very good location. I had a double room on my own, so it was just fine, though for two people it would have been a bit small. Otherwise, it was very good.

Excellent location, right next to Trafalgar Square and two minutes from Charing Cross Underground Station. Room was clean but small, double bed but the room was really only ideal for one person. It was quiet and suitable for our needs, probably most useful to backpackers/students who are used to halls or not expecting frills.

Location can't be beaten! Quiet despite the central location with lovely views. Room small but we weren’t there to stay in the room. Will definitely use again.

Ideal room and location. Could not have been better - the only thing was that the room was far too hot - we had to have the window wide open. The radiator was off, but this room had hot pipes running right through it. But would certainly stay here again.
