The Hotel is conveniently close to Earls Court station and the restaurants and shops, but thats it I'm afraid. The lack of maintenance and thourough cleanliness is apparent.

Rooms were clean, adequate for needs. Bathrooms were small, the sink was too small, but very clean. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location to Earl's Court. The room I was in was quite small, but then I was only going to sleep in it and the bed was fine. Breakfast and room were fine for a 3 star.

Positive: - Located close to Earls Court station - Lift - Breakfest was OK Negative: - Beds were small and hard - Room was small - No WiFi

The room was - clean and okay for what we needed, though I'm sure it wasn't a full sized double bed. Bathroom was small and room was right next to the lift so very noisy. When we went down for breakfast in the morning, there was not enough room for us to sit - and a result, we had to take our breakfast back to our rooms (even though there was a family finished and talking - the staff made no effort to move these on and clear some space!)
