The King Solomon Hotel London isn't the best hotel in the world but it really does give you what you need: a clean room, decent food, friendly enough staff and nice neighbourhood

Private bedroom and bathroom for a decent quality - price ratio is not easy to find in London, trust me, but of all the ones I have tried this is probably the most successful at providing it!! The King Solomon Hotel London is in a quiet area but if you want the hustle and bustle it's right next to the Metro and bus stops so it's easy to get to and from

This is certainly not a hotel and can only be described as a hostel

The room was clean, which is the main thing, though there were a couple of little things which annoyed me. There was no curtain at the window, which meant I got woken up very early each morning, and the bed obstructed the bathroom door slightly, so I had to squeeze in and out of the bathroom. Having said that, it was only £39 a night so I think that's fair for what I got, and it was quite close to the tube as well.

We stayed at the King Solomon Hotel for two nights and found the staff and hotel very good, room was very nice and warm, tea and coffee facilities and en-suite with continental breakfast which was at a high standard. Will be booking again in the future, also location was excellent for travelling and getting around London.
