We quite enjoyed our stay at King Solomon Hotel but there were problems with towel replacements. Several times we were left with just two bath-towels and no hand towels. At one time we had only one bath towel left for us. I was able to obtain more by going to reception

I didn’t pay very much so I didn’t expect very much, but even then the hotel only just got away with it. The outside was drab, the room was disappointing but basically clean, and access to the underground was good. The breakfast was fine, nothing wonderful but not dreadful either. Little things had been overlooked that cost nothing but turn a stay from disappointing to decent. But the staff were friendly and I made it through my stay without any major incidents

Bed was very comfy, very clean, changed towels daily, plenty tea coffee, breakfast very nice, could do with faster toaster and browns more. Will book King Solomon Hotel London again

King Solomon Hotel is basic but clean, with room facilities such as Wifi, drink-making facilities and tv etc. As hotels closer to the centre of London get ever-more expensive places like this are worth considering. It is close to the tube so you can still get into London centre in 20 minutes or so. Overall, not bad for the money

The King Solomon Hotel London is like the curate's egg, good in parts. The outside of the King Solomon does not create a good first impression but the foyer has been modernised. However, the common areas leave a lot to be desired, shabby, paint peeling, with a warren of passages and stairs etc. The bed room was deceptively spacious and the bathroom modern. Both were clean. While the bed looked like a camp bed, it was quite comfortable. Twice I bought it to the management's attention that there was no remote control for the TV. Nothing was done to rectify this. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I am a Coeliac and I had brought my own bread. I was able to make a toasted sandwich with "easy singles", egg mayonnaise, tomato and cucumber. The location is very good, very near the tube station in Golders Green with shops and restaurants in the vicinity

The room on the top floor was amazing and I will stay here again for my next trip to London. Also, a special thank you to the lovely receptionist for her pleasant customer service.

Had a lovely time in London. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is a nice budget London hotel ideal for cheap family stays as a central point to visit the city with. It is within walking distance of the local underground and also has the added benefit of free car parking

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly especially the blonde haired girl at reception and the dark haired gent who sorted out a small problem we had with the shower in the bedroom. I would have loved some fruit and yogurt as a breakfast option and I would also recommend a dash of paint here and there, on the stairway and perhaps a new carpet if you want to raise the rating. etc. However King Solomon Hotel London was clean and comfortable and yes we will be back
