Good situation, next to the tube, bus, St Pancras Station and a lot of restaurants. Clean, sometimes a little bit loud but the common room is cool and we meet a lot of young people who come from everywhere (and France too). The room was totally correct (and thanks to the code on the entrance it was very safe)

Helpful desk staff, clean sheets and place was warm but double room not properly cleaned by our arrival (pm). Very small room with shabby paintwork and dirty skirting boards. Very loud hand dryer just above which went off in early hours several times. Ladies toilet and washbasin in cramped untidy space. Furniture in breakfast room shabby and not mended. Very basic breakfast - including bog standard sliced bread and instant coffee

I would never stay here again, the place wasn't clean and the showers had no locks and the shower door was see through meaning anyone could come in and see everything. People came in at 4am knocking on doors and yelling, and no one told them to shut up. We should have paid a lot less than what we did for a twin room.

Good place, friendly staff. Didn’t much fancy staying in King's Cross, or in a hostel, but it trumped my expectations. Little cramped in the basement kitchen, TV and internet rooms but good beds, fresh crisp linen. Nice people and most importantly, er, incredible powerful driers in the bathroom. Luxury. Thanks.
