The perfect accommodation for spending time in London. It's not so far away from Victoria, so you can get everywhere very easily! The staff are friendly and nice. The room was equipped standardly, but in the bathroom weren't any body wash or soap. ( for me no problem :D) I really recommend
Overall, Horizons Accommodation is very good. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However although cups etc were provided there was no kettle. And there was no soap or towel in the bathroom so I could not take a shower in the morning
The staff is very nice and helpful. I mentioned to the staff that there was water coming out under the bathtub making the floor of the bathroom wet. The staff immediately asked someone to fix it up and the problem was solved
I had a wonderful stay in Horizons Accommodation. The hotel is really nice and a good value for money. It is nice to use the swimming pool and the kitchen. The staff is really friendly and supportive. They manage to create a family-like atmosphere. I appreciate their help a lot. I would definitely recommend Horizons Accommodation
