The place is cozy and comfortable. Shared bathrooms should be cleaned more often. The staff is friendly, but internet did not work.

Excellent accommodation Staff really friendly and helpful. Unbelievably quiet apart from some strange clunk clunk and scraping noises? The lift? Lovely breakfasts with huge choice. Very well located for Oxford Street and British Museum and West End and being shouted at by manic cyclists. Vibrant lively area to be in and retreat from

Great location, room was clean, secure, staff were helpful. Excellent rates. Bed was a little hard for my liking but for the money, you really can't complain

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and there was ony one very thin pillow. Was a great location for going to the theater and very easy to get to from Covent Garden Station. Overall I was hapy with the value, and the breakfast had a lot of options
