The outside and entrance is very grand and shiny but I am afraid that is where it ends. The room was very small, tea and coffee facilities were not replenished after we used them the first day. The kettle does not even fit under the tap in order to fill it. The curtains were hanging off the rail. The bed cover was all snagged and no extra blankets or pillows were available. The sheets weren't changed at all during our stay. The bathroom was so small you could go to the toilet and shower at the same time!! The "Continental" breakfast was scrambled or fried egg with toast, no croissant, or sliced cheese or meats. The breakfast order was taken, cooked and served by a girl who spent the whole time on her mobile phone, very very rude! A very over priced hotel. On a positive note, very handy for the tube

I did have problems checking in, not very helpful owner but other staff (who spoke English) were very nice. Room was far, far too small. Basically, a cupboard under the stairs. Very clean and safe hotel but because of the room I would not recommend this hotel for anything else apart from a place to sleep.
