This hostel is very dirty and mouldy. Due to the condition, we did not stay and booked again elsewhere.

Goden Star Hostel not bad for the money

For the price paid can't really go wrong getting a room at Golden Star Hostel near the centre of London. It's not luxury and wouldn't be happy if I'd paid much more though. It's not the end of the world but a lick of paint and decent bed dressing would give a much better impression at first glance. Oh and getting the window fixed, was real hot and couldn't keep it open

Good location but the staff are unfriendly and the facilities were broken. Shower room was too small and there was no TV remote supplied for the TV in my room.

Very cheap, basic hotel but in a good location. My room was dirty and I did not stay for breakfast as had to leave early.
