If you have no other option in the entire London city, go there. The place smells bad, the room was awful and VERY DIRTY , bad smell and stains in the towels. The service was bad, the girl that was working in the place knew that I had a 12 hour flight and she said that she will give me the room earlier and she did it, she gave me a room with only new sheets, she did not clean room or washroom AT ALL. 30 min after I went to bed at 2pm she woke me up because she made a mistake and she told me to change to another room in the same conditions, was ridiculous. At 9 am the service girl showed up in the door with the breakfast and believe me, I have never tasted the oldest and frozen boiling eggs until that day. I left the place and I was happy that I was leaving. But, what can you expect for 35 pounds? I was only expecting a clean place to sleep and did not happen.

As we expected, the room was adequate although shower and sink smelt when water ran from taps which meant we didnt want to use the sink or shower. Ladies who dealt with us were pleasant and helpful and for the price it did the job.

We got what we paid for! The room was small, well heated but the decor was very tired and room smelled of cigarettes. Walls looked dirty. The private shower room was in the process of being re-tiled but was not finished and there were holes under the sink unit. The shower tray and sink did not empty quickly. The towel rail was not secured properly to the wall and could fall off. The breakfast was brought to the room from down the street and was two cold boiled eggs, toast and a pot of tea. We did however, stay in London very cheaply!

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the hotel for 2 days and overall found it good. Can't complain for £15 a night in such a central location. The rooms were small, although clean with its own bathroom and tv with freeview. Breakfast was good being delivered to the room in the morning. Only down side to the hotel is that they don't have a reception so although once you arrive you get a key to let yourselves in and out, when you first come you could be hanging around outside for a little while. Overall though, would definitely book again when visiting London

Very central hotel, convenient for guests with a low budget who need to move around central London. The owner is a very friendly person who would help with anything. The rooms are little but comfortable
