Generator Hostel is absolutely a nice hostel. We stayed there for one weekend and the service was tip top; the staff competent, quick and friendly. The safety precautions, with guards outside, works perfectly. Toilets and rooms are very nice and clean. The only information we could not find on the site was whether we should bring our own bedding (duvet covers, sheet) or not. In Scandinavia it is common to bring one's own bedding with them or pay an additional fee to have it provided. Next time we will not carry our own with us!

Generator Hostel Reviews
I had a great time. I loved having a bar where I lived and the prices were great! The location of the hostel was also very convenient. If I ever make it back to London, I will definitely book Generator Hostel again
The Generator Hostel can be a bit noisy at night between 12am to 3am as the travellers shouting after partying downstairs.
It was a great room, spacious, with a nice mirror and wardrobe in the room, which we had not had before. However there was no locker; although I had a private shared room, it would have been good to have a locker provided in the room as well for extra security. But overall brilliant value for money, great location, friendly staff. A+!
Generator Hostel rocks! I would gladly come back here. Great location, basic but clean.
