A very poor hotel. Noisy, always wake up at night by the noise came from the water pipe whenever other occupants using water tap, and you could not be asleep in morning hours because it was too noisy from outside. Bed is uncomfortable. Toilet is very tiny, you could not even place a mouth wash glass aside the hand wash bin, and even has no ventilating fan in toilet. Staff is not friendly

The hotel was very nice, cosy and warm. In a safe area and close to the high street shops, cafes and resturants. I wasnt entirely happy with the breakfast options. There should be more to choose from. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The hotel is very near the station, and just 10 minutes walk to Wembley stadium. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, basic and tidy. My shower didn't work properly but the staff arranged for me to take shower in another room, which worked great. Overall, great value for money. I would stay there again if I have a chance.

The family room is too small, the cleanliness was ok but not completely satisfying. The service was alright, especially at breakfast.
