The guys from the reception were very kind and polite. The breakfast service was very correct. The disadvantage was that the triple room was very small. It hadn't enough space for us to move

Hotel basic but clean. Unable to have breakfast before 8am and as we had to book in to Eurostar before 8 this was annoying

The room was good. The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. You had to run the hot water in the sink to start the hot water in the shower. One day our cold water in the sink didn't work but they fixed it that day. The walls were a bit thin but the people quieted down when we asked them to. Could use a bit of variety for the breakfasts over four days. Overall very enjoyable stay and really nice staff. Would stay at Elmwood Hotel again
