The room was very small compared to my friend’s which was bigger. The bath had no bath mat which is dangerous and we were given only one towel each. Breakfast room was also small. The guests staying above us were very noisy.

Nice comfortable room at Elmwood Hotel, ok breakfast, bad phone signal and the WiFi was difficult to connect to in the room we were in, there was no hot water in the morning to get a shower

Elmood Hotel was perfect price / quality. Rooms were small but clean and breakfast simple, but all you need. Location was brilliant: just 3 minute walk from the station

Nice London hotel. Met my expectations. How ever I do not think they should be charging 3.5% for paying with your credit card. Hotel was clean well sited and staff friendly. I will stay there again

For the price, we liked Elmwood Hotel very much. We found the service good, also when we needed to change rooms at short notice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Very lovely little B&B near Kings Cross Station. Room clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good also. Would definetley book Elmwood hotel again ...great for the cheap price paid on TravelStay

During my stay I had no towels, no light in toilet, heating was on full blast, TV not working. 

The staff are amazing!

The water was cold, the room was small and the staff were not friendly.

Polite staff on reception. The room was clean and well presented, ample size for what I needed, probably would of preferred a cooked breakfast rather than continental
