Bedding and towels were ok but rooms were awful, curtains that were falling off the rails, bare wires on the lamp and the bathroom was something else! The staff were ok, friendly and pleasant which was the only 2* about the place

This was a cramped tiny little room, couldn't open either the entry door or the bathroom door as the bed took up most of the space. Marginally clean, and the staff was as friendly as your average stick in the mud. but...the location is decent and made it easy to get around

Value for money. I stayed in an en-suite single room. The shower room and bed room are large compared to other bed and breakfasts and hotels around Victoria coach station. I have stayed at three hotels around here except this hotel. There is a bath tub, and the bed is double. However, TV was almost broken, and the noise outside annoyed me a bit. Because I left early in the morning, I could not have breakfast which is from 8.00am.

This is a poorly maintained hotel. The third floor room I stayed in was horribly dingy and the shared bathrooms were horrendous. In short, this hotel requires huge investment to get it to an acceptable standard. My rating of 1/5 was only that high because 0/5 was not acceptable. I would urge any visitor considering staying here to think again. Overseas visitors should look at accommodation less central where they will get better standards of comfort

Excellent location near Victoria Station, a short walk from Westminster. Good cleaning. Room was quite small for 2 people.
