A clean, pleasant and well located hotel.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Elizabeth House, good location in Victoria, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Only complaint is the shower was too small and the TV didn't work

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Room was very basic though, even compared to B&Bs of the same price in the area.

Employees very nice and helpful. Kitchen and fridge not very clean windows of the room and bathroom very old, during winter time cold air must be a problem

For a cheap London room it was clean, however when the rain started coming in around window frame I knew things were not good. I was moved to another room. Staff were friendly. I wouldn’t rate this as a 2 star hotel.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at Elizabeth House, although I didn't manage to end up in a basement! Anyway I did not regret the stay and want thank you all the staff. Thanks!

Just as we left on Monday morning, we had some trouble getting hot water when trying to take a shower. Also, it was a bit difficult to cook in the evenings, as there weren't many pans available and the hotplate wasn't working properly. We were lucky to be the only people who needed the kitchen at the time. Otherwise, everything else was very satisfying: the place was very quiet at night, the beds were cosy and the mattresses were quite good, and the staff was really helpful

Over priced, noisy location, minimum noise/temperature barrier provided by window outside busy traffic lights, cold due to only 1 thin blanket, only 1 power point in room, generally unpleasant apart from helpful desk assistant

Very basic room but was fine for the price. Great location. Basic breakfast included. Clean bathroom

Location:perfect. 5 mins walk from Victoria Coach Station. Staff: friendly and helpful. Allowed me to leave a bag to collect later. Cleanliness: adequate. Shower curtain dirty. General standard: run down. Decoration scruffy, no bath or sink plugs, loose electrical socket, needs T.L.C. Breakfast: adequate but very basic. Nescafe. Only cereal cornflakes. Only white bread. No cheese. Value for money: for location at less than 40 pounds for single room: good
