| Reception staff at City Continental Kensington were very welcoming. The room small but clean and everything you should need for a short stay. Breakfast good with pleasant surroundings. Great value for money - would recommend booking it |

| My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and we were totally impressed at how clean our room was, the bathroom was immaculate, the room had all the right facilities, we will definitely be staying here again, and for the how much we paid, it was certainly worth every penny. The staff were friendly and very helpful. 10/10. |
