Location was perfect, very close to the tube station. Rooms were clean, but very small. The staff weren’t very friendly and helpful. Primarily the breakfast time was horrible, because they didn’t have enough places for all people and we had to wait such a long time, that some people didn't have their breakfast, because they exactly finished the breakfast at 9.30. So for the price it was alright but I'm sure there are better hotels for the same price in London!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, within one minute walk of Earls Court Tube Station which is right on edge of Zone 1 so you can a get a cheap travel card! Quiet location. Definitely value for money if you are looking for a reasonably priced room

Reception staff at City Continental Kensington were very welcoming. The room small but clean and everything you should need for a short stay. Breakfast good with pleasant surroundings. Great value for money - would recommend booking it
