Chester hotel was quite nice. The room was small but enough (it had heating, the bed is comfortable and not small at all considering the size of the room itself, it also had a small refrigerator, a tv and towels, gel and shampoo are also there when you arrive). The hotel is closed to Victoria Station, which is a must. The bathroom was also nice (maybe it would be better a complete shower and not just a bathtub, which makes having a regular shower a little bit complicated). The staff were also kind. They let me leave my luggage in a room after my chek out and they were fast and efficient with the check in and check out, which is quite cool when you are arriving late at night. Overall, I think the hotel is really cool if you are looking for a centrally locatd place to spend one or two nights.

This was my first stay at the Chester Hotel but I do often use budget hotels in London. This ranks as the best I have visited so far for accommodation, price and location in Central London. Pity no breakfast.

Chester Hotel Victoria is great for the price. It is very small. It is quiet. The beds are comfortable and the wifi works well. I wish that the room had a mini fridge, but the tea pot was a nice touch. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again

Chester Hotel Victoria is what is says on the tin. It's a box room but they do give you everything, TV/Fridge/Tea/Coffee/Soap/Towel etc. Also it's warm and very clean. For the price in Central London it's much better than a hostel if you want to get some sleep. Overall very good value for money

The hotel was just what I imagine a London bed and breakfast would be like! It was very cute. The outside was a good sight and I was happy when I went inside. It is very small. I do not understand why London houses are so expensive if all the rooms are like this! It was warm and cosy and the staff were very friendly. The location is good though there is not very much to do in that area. I need to get a train to see most things, things in the area very expensive. I will stay again if I am in London because it is very pretty and comfortable

The carpet in the public areas and the room I had were both dirty and had lots of holes in it. The room I was given measured 10-foot length by 6 foot wide. I booked a room with shared bathroom. As for the bathroom, there is one bathroom to be shared between 10 rooms. It was clean. The bathroom/toilet is downstairs and consists of a bathtub with no shower curtain, a small ill light hand basin in the corner and a large loose mirror 3ft x 4ft standing propped up against the wall, and the toilet. I went and showered at 6.15am to make sure I could get into the bathroom before the rush.

Room at Chester Hotel Victoria was adequate, good size for a single and reasonably clean with TV and sink. No fridge , however there was a fridge in reception that could be used. Location was great, very close proximity to Victoria Station, shops and cafes and restaurants. The street was also quiet at night time. The only bathroom for the shared facilities was on the basement floor, two floors down for me and did not appear to be cleaned in the two nights I stayed, always wet with other people's complimentary toiletries left behind. Also only had a shower head attached to the bath taps, no where to hang it. Some staff were very friendly and accommodating whilst others were not. Overall adequate accommodation for a cheep price in a great location in London central
