Chester Hotel Victoria is clean, quite, and helpful staff

Staff really friendly and helpful. I had the small room with shared bathroom for the price good value for money, and good location not far from the Tube. Room small but functional. I would book Chester Hotel Victoria again

I was booked to stay in a single room with shared bathroom but was offered an ensuite room at no extra cost when I collected the room key. It was comfortable stay in a small but perfectly functional room with ensuite. The room was quite clean although dusty under the bed. Bathroom was also clean with a good, working shower. All appliances worked well and the bed was comfortable. Despite the renovation work in progress, I had a good stay at CHester Hotel Victoria

I was really impressed with this cute London hotel in an excellent location. If you are staying here and want to eat out you only have to go to the next road for a wide choice of restaurants. The hotel itself is warm, friendly and helpful. My single room was just big enough for me and had a large TV, own bathroom despite being prepared not to have my own and it was quiet at night. I truly felt like I had gotten a real bargain and will be staying again. I only didn't give 5 stars as the wifi didn't connect to my phone but it was being serviced that day so potentially affected by that

Chester Hotel Victoria is convenient, clean and has friendly and accommodating staff. It is very economical considering the price of hotels in London so you can overlook a few minor cosmetic deficiencies. It is a ten minute walk from Victoria Station and buses abound nearby. Lots of convenient pubs and restaurants in the area. The rooms are tiny, however, some have big windows for fresh air. It is directly below the flight path of airplanes from Heathrow Airport if that is a concern. Oh and the caramels with the chocolate centers at the front desk are divine

Bedroom at Chester Hotel Victoria pretty clean. Small. No hooks to hang the towels. Small bed for 2 persons. No storage for bikes. Only outsider. Quiet for London. Price the first night much lower thanks the second on monday night. Friendly receptionist

Great stay at Chester Hotel Victoria. Cheap and Cheerful. Great location. Lovely little pub on the corner
