Filthy, noisy, smelly, health hazard! I will never return here again.

The room I was given was awful. It was in the basement - the ceiling and walls were wet and beginning to get mouldy. The bathroom window would not close properly and the sink was blocked. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

This London hotel has an ideal location; easy walk to Victoria coach and train stations. Very clean, nicely decorated and helpful staff. I will book Chester Hotel Victoria again. It is also amazingly quiet at night so I slept well. Good local cafe Patisserie Valerie does a great breakfast. Only downside was the small double but suited us and had comfortable mattresses

Room was quite nice, building work so was quite loud. Near to coach and underground station. I would book Chester Hotel Victoria again

Good comfy bed, otherwise overall very poor. The bathroom light was also broken (showered in darkness) and staff shouting outside my door at 7:00am. I wouldn't go back.

Our room was clean and comfortable, though small. The shower/loo is minute - but it serves its purpose. Being in Central London it is very expensive for what it offers. However, Chester Hotel Victoria is close all the main tourist attractions. What one cannot walk to, one can bus, train or tube to, since it very close to Victoria Station

Good location but not a nice place to stay. I stayed for one night in a single room which was very small, hot and stuffy. The shared bathroom floor was always wet and had a strong smell of bleach. Overall, the hotel needs a proper clean, new carpets and complete renovation. The only upside was the check out time at 11am.

We stayed in the room for 4 people with 2 double beds. The room was a bit cramped but ok. Nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was small but the shower cubicle was a good size and the water was hot enough. Only problem was the bad smell from the toilet but it didn't spoil our stay there. The location is good on a quiet street with a pub over the road. Sainsbury's is a short walk and lots of cafe/ restaurants nearby too. Just a short walk from Victoria rail, tube and coach station too. I would book Chester Hotel Victoria again. Good value for money

My room was very small and I did not feel it was worth the price. The bathroom was also cold and the water too hot.
